Through learning how to breathe, relax the body and mind, and building up your confidence, you can find your voice. A voice you appreciate, recognise as your own, and learn to love.

​Via breathing exercises, games with the voice and the body, we can get you to speak up, loud and clear, and/or maybe even get you to sing your heart out (even if its in the shower).

The way to talk and sing is also connected to the way we breathe and how our body is feeling (are you tense? or maybe too relaxed?).
