What is Fascia?
Think of fascia as the filling of your body. It's gooey and spider-webby. Not only does it hold your bones, muscles, organs, etc in place, but it is also intelligent, and it makes sure your whole body is in constant communication from top to bottom. Everything flows through it: It holds unprocessed emotions, it holds trauma, it moves things through… So when you feel stuck, physically or emotionally, there’s probably somewhere in the fascia within your body that you need to look for.
